This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Mechanic located in Blue Island, IL. The Lead Mechanic will be responsible for maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair, heavy equipment operation, and troubleshooting as part of their day-to-day tasks.
- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Heavy Equipment maintenance
- Preventive Maintenance knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical certification or associate's degree in a related field is a plus
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
