What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift position at Harvey Performance Company?

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our CNC Machinists are responsible for the setup and operation of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery, as well as the quality of the industry leading tools we produce.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Create/edit/maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding programs.
- Perform first piece and in-process inspection of product.
- Assist coworkers in keeping equipment running efficiently.
- Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
YOU’LL BRING:
- A desire to succeed in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Experience with a Walter Toolstudio, Numroto, Rollomatic, and/or Walter Helicheck a plus.
- Knowledge of cutting tool geometries.
- Ability to follow engineering documents such as:

- Process sheets
- Standard Operating Procedures

The California hourly range for this position is $22 /hr based on experience and qualifications.
