The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team, working closely with the Director of FP&A, CFO, and cross-functional partners. As a critical partner in achieving strategic growth objectives, you'll be responsible for identifying, analyzing, communicating, and resolving key FP&A matters that impact operating performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support management reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
- Assist in producing the monthly MD&A report and quarterly report for our Board of Directors and banks, providing insightful financial analysis to inform decision-making.
- Track operational KPIs, propose new metrics to support growth objectives, and engage in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze and interpret financial results to determine key takeaways and recommendations for senior management, driving business growth and improvement initiatives.
- Support the administration of Adaptive Planning, our cloud-based financial reporting and planning tool, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in strategic planning processes, converting strategic plans into actionable financial commitments, and drive value creation initiatives.
- Support mergers and acquisition processes, including pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration, leveraging your expertise to optimize business outcomes.
