Our CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Our newly renovated facility is in Meridian ID, less than a 20-minute commute from Boise. The Boise area offers a moderate climate with quick access to outdoor recreation.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Diagnose and repair production equipment including our state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines and PVD coating centers.
- Maintain and follow the facilities comprehensive machine PM schedules including:
- Oil and fluid levels
- Concentration levels
- Filter changes
- Machine or process calibrations
- Communicate with management and machinery vendors as required.
- Assist with Company maintenance projects and engineering efforts.
YOU'LL BRING:
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- 2 years in a CNC manufacturing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge of trouble shooting and repair of:
- CNC machines and controllers
- Electrical equipment and processes
- Mechanical equipment and processes
- Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- HVAC systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle numerous maintenance projects simultaneously.
- A desire to succeed in a fast-paced growing company.
- An interest in working with new technologies.
- Willingness to work with all departments and provide peer mentoring.
