The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Business Analyst for a 6-month contract position. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for SAP-related matters at our Cuyahoga Falls facility, providing essential support, guidance, and training to our users. You will also play a key role in identifying and driving process improvements within our SAP environment and across the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your SAP expertise in a dynamic manufacturing and logistics setting.

In This Role, You Will

• Act as the main point of contact for all U.S. SAP issues and projects within the Cuyahoga Falls facility.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements related to SAP functionalities.
• Enhance local SAP process knowledge through the creation of clear and effective training documentation.
• Provide one-on-one and group training to end-users to improve their SAP proficiency.
• Manage your own service desk tickets efficiently, adhering to company-established Service Level Agreements.
• Independently and collaboratively work on ad-hoc project work as required by the company.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP users in the Cuyahoga Falls location.
• Contribute to the overall optimization and effectiveness of our SAP system.
  
  

You'll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, preferably in information technology/services or another technical area.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on SAP experience is required (ideally with S/4HANA on premise).
• Experience working within a busy manufacturing and logistics environment is a significant advantage.
• Prior IT Help Desk experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of Excel.
• A solid understanding of SAP PP (Production Planning) and MM/WM (Materials Management/Warehouse Management) processes is required. Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes is highly desirable.
• A proven history of strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical users, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Project management experience is preferred.
