The Opportunity

The NPI Intern will partner with our SVP of Innovation to develop and enact upon process improvements around idea generation and work flow. This internship is a great opportunity to gain insight into how an NPI department functions and the behind the scenes work that goes into developing and building upon successful processes.

In This Role, You Will

• Assist in streamlining the Innovation Process & workflow
• Process mapping to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
• Develop a process to assist in idea generation and NPI funnel activities
• Expand upon cross-functional reporting
• Collaborate with various departmental team members to gain insights and gather data
  
  

You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or manufacturing related field
• Working understanding of math functions, and concepts of algebra and geometry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and desire to make the most of your summer internship
  
  

Where You’ll Work

• This position will be supported in a remote/hybrid manner where you’ll collaborate with your supervisor to determine a schedule that works best for the team and yourself.
