About the Role
We're looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our team, bringing 1-3 years of experience in the FP&A function within a growth-oriented industrial, manufacturing, or distribution company. If you have a strong background in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics, and an MBA, CPA, or CMA certification is a plus.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of tracking financial KPIs in support of profitability objectives and strategic goals.
- Experience supporting executable business plans to achieve quarterly, annual, and long-term investment, cash flow, and P&L objectives.
- Ability to create followership and lead through influence, becoming a trusted finance business partner to key functional leaders across the organization.
- High analytical ability, good business judgment, and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Business acumen and commercially focused/driven, with experience working in public and/or private equity-owned businesses.
