Harvey's Collision Centers is looking for a Collison Estimator to join our NEW location in Wylie, TX!
Job Summary:
Service Advisor is responsible for inspecting and determining vehicle damage repairs needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Examine damage to determine the extent of body, structural, mechanical or interior damage
- Prepare estimates to repair vehicle
- Explain repair process to customers
- Communicate with customers insurance related to damages and obtain repair authorization
- Complete vehicle check-in with customer
- Explain and communicate repair process, estimated repair time and any updates with the customer
- Handle total loss process
- Perform final Quality Control inspection
- Upon completion of repair work, deliver vehicle to customer
- Comply with all TCC’s safety standards, guidelines and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
· DRP experience a MUST.

· Excellent organizational skills
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Must be 18 years or older
· Valid Driver's License
Education and Experience:
· Prior automotive collision estimating experience
· Experience with preparing estimates in CCC One preferred
· Proficient with a computer and software
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
· Must be able to lift 10 lbs. regularly.
· Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
· Must be able to reach below and above shoulder level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,596.46 - $118,406.15 per year
