THE OPPORTUNITY:
The HR Operations Coordinator supports various facets of HR. They’ll be working closely alongside other members of the team on many different initiatives, including employee correspondence, document preparation, data entry, supporting leaves of absence, and more. This person will also support the recruiting process with community outreach, scheduling interviews, onboarding candidates, and more.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions on benefits and HR-related topics.
- Support onboarding / offboarding processes for team members.
- Prepare appropriate documents regarding employee life cycle transactions within our UKG HRIS system, including new hires, pay rate changes, status changes, etc.
- Assist with coordination and tracking of various leaves.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting coordination activities and represent Harvey Performance Company at events.
- Help our benefits function by processing enrollments, life events, etc. in our UKG HRIS system.
- Support various HR team initiatives and projects as applicable.
YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
- 2-3 years of HR and/or Recruiting experience.
- Strong MS Office skills including proficiency in Excel.
- Interest in and ability to leverage technology including HRIS functionality.
- Willingness to travel to our New England facilities.
- Openness to working in a collaborative environment supporting multiple teams.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A capability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to handle and preserve confidential information in all settings.
