Level 5 Role : Business Analyst - Operations (Senior Role)
Location : New York, NY (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Contract : 12 Months
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Operations (50%) :
- Manage and track projects related to new feature launches for Samsung Wallet.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, and finance teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Develop and manage documentation for new projects, internal processes, and stakeholder reporting.
- Lead internal communication efforts to align with HQ and teams in Korea.
- Data Analysis and Reporting (50%) :
- Generate, analyze, and present key metrics and KPIs to track feature performance.
- Conceptualize and develop dashboards and reports using advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Provide insights from data analysis to support business decisions and enhance Wallet performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes and operational efficiency.
