- 5 years of experience as a SQL Server database administrator
- Strong understanding of database administration principles and best practices
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer alternatives both independently and within teams.
- Exposure working in an Agile environment with Scrum Master / Product owner and ability to deliver
