Job Description
The Director of Technology Controls is responsible for assessing risk management and controls for Technology Infrastructure and Software Development and Testing and working with the teams to enhance procedures and controls. In addition, this role will collect information and artifacts regarding control execution to support the management of RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment), audits and examinations. The position will identify areas of improvement and provide support to implement enhancements. This role may be required to assist in the client delivery space. This role will lead will perform assignments under the guidance of the VP, Technology Risk & Control.
Qualifications required :
- Bachelor's degree in business or an information technology-related field
- 5-10 years' experience in technology in a banking or other highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with risk management and control frameworks
- Experience in analyzing or managing technical processes such as network, server, or mainframe systems administration
- Strong analytical skills with ability to organize, analyze and present information
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Attention to detail and organization
