Typical task breakdown :
Develop Scalable Solutions : Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that are scalable, flexible, and secure.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and third-party tools.
Prepare solution design documentation and rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates on time and cost for projects and enhancements.
Develop strategies for integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or data warehouses.
Define data architecture, including objects, relationships, and data flows across systems.
Guide developers and technical teams on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high performance, security, and maintainability.
Define and enforce governance frameworks for Salesforce usage, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Improve business processes by leveraging Salesforce automation tools like Flows and Apex
Ensure that solutions comply with Salesforce security best practices, such as role hierarchies, sharing settings, and field-level security.
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, and identity solutions for authentication and user access control.
Oversee and participate in custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
Oversee Salesforce release cycles, sandbox strategies, and deployment practices using CI / CD tools.
Communicate effectively with Business Partners teams to understand their requirements and / or to improve current solutions.
Conduct technical analysis of new requests from internal customers to gather requirements, analyze, and convert into technical requirements that will be communicated to Development team.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate new ideas and architectures
Perform Salesforce deployment testing and help our business partners to perform UAT.
