Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Handle cash management responsibilities, including daily reconciliations and deposits.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among employees.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, sales trends, and employee productivity for upper management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry or food service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
