We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers and Sandwich, Wrap Make/Helper. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream treats and making sandwiches, wraps. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they have a delightful experience every time they visit. Duties
- Serve ice cream and other frozen desserts to customers with a smile.
- Prepare sandwich, wrap and serve to customer with a smile.
- Preferred to have Pizza making experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area, including equipment and utensils.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, grocery store, or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic cash register experience and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Good time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
- A team player who is willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with scooping ice cream.

Pay: $13.29 - $15.00 per hour
