Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ice Cream and Pizza store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store's operations, leading a team, and ensuring that customers receive high-quality products and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth operations in both the ice cream and pizza sections.
- Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure that all supplies are well-stocked and properly stored.
- Handle opening and closing procedures, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety, health, and hygiene standards.
- Staff Management:
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the menu and provide excellent customer service.
- Create employee schedules and manage timekeeping.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and communication.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and development opportunities for team members.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Encourage repeat business through loyalty programs, promotions, and personalized service.
- Financial and Administrative Duties:
- Manage store financials, including cash handling, sales tracking, and budgeting.
- Ensure profitability by monitoring costs, reducing waste, and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and inventory logs.
- Implement and adhere to company policies, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Assist in creating and implementing promotional activities, events, and seasonal offerings for both ice cream and pizza.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to advertise the store and attract new customers.
- Maintain social media presence and engage with the community.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor food quality to ensure that all products, including pizzas and ice cream, meet the store’s standards.
- Ensure all staff follow food safety protocols, including the preparation, storage, and serving of food.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a pizza or ice cream shop is a plus.
