- Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Order Processing and Follow-up: Process quotes, orders, and track pending sales opportunities to maximize sales potential.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the outside sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking customer interactions, orders, and sales data to inform future sales strategies.
- Pricing Strategies and Sales Reporting: Assist in creating and maintaining pricing strategies and sales reports to optimize sales performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
