Scheduler - HAS Inc.
We are looking for an individual to successfully supervise and manage our client homes through oversight, follow through, and retraining on policies, procedures, and behaviors.
The qualified candidate needs to be available on an 24 hour / 7 day a week on-call basis.
Job Responsibilities :
- Review and ensure charting on our data base is accurately documented and completed.
- Schedule planned and surprise visits to homes; observe tasks are being conducted appropriately within the Participant(s) home.
- Following and completing the training checklist when training new employees.
- Find and schedule shift coverage
- Conduct medication Passes
- Schedule emergency On-call
- Oversee all scheduling activity by referring to our charting system to ensure they both match in regards to shifts scheduled and worked.
- Address any concerns from the employees regarding their duties or responsibilities.
- Oversee in-home operations by reviewing the following tasks assigned to each individual and conducting retraining whenever necessary :
- Charting - Checking for accuracy and completion
- Staff adherence to Plans and Programs
- Employee conduct - write-ups and verbal warnings conducted appropriately
- Ensure payroll is completed and submitted on time
- Perform duties requested by the Administrator, Program Director, Regional Managers, and Human Resources
