Customer Service Supervisor Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Customer Service Supervisor (CS Supervisor) is responsible for supporting and overseeing the customer service department, ensuring proper standards, procedures and processes are followed.
  • The CS Supervisor is also responsible for leading and shaping the CS Team behaviors to accomplish desired results and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • The CS Supervisor is tasked with assessing customer service staff activities, providing CS Team with regular performance-related feedback as well as strategizing and monitoring daily activities that support the professionalization of the CS Department.
  • You will apply your multitasking skills by navigating different computer programs, typing call and email documentation simultaneously. But most importantly, listening and speaking to customers, investigating, and solving customer service complaints or concerns in a swift, proficient, and professional manner.
  • The position for CS Supervisor will require the employee to work in cooperation and coordination with Hasa Site Leader, Transportation and Production departments.

Customer Service Supervisor Position Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service Supervision.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing and entering information.
  • Proven self-starter with initiative and motivation.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Organized and reliable.
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Office and Excel primarily, Email and Telephone protocol.
  • Ability to type 50 wpm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $68,640.00 per year
