Summary
The Pediatric Anxiety Research Center (PARC) at Bradley Hospital (located in East Providence RI and affiliated with the Brown Medical School) is looking for a full-time clinical research assistant for a research project focused on increasing treatment options for youth with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Research duties may include consenting patients and families scheduling participants for assessments data entry and analysis screening of exposure treatment sessions collaboration with community partners participation in engagement partner group meetings preparing submissions to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and drafting study progress reports for study sponsor. Aiding in study recruitment is an important role of the research assistant. Clinical responsibilities may include screening research participants administering ratings scales and administering diagnostic interviews to study participants.

Education

A Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in psychology human biology neuroscience or related fields
Experience
Excellent computer and communication (verbal and written) skills
Past experience of hands-on involvement in a research project
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications
Strong organizational & interpersonal skills.
Past experience working with children and parents
A willingness to tackle complex tasks in an independent manner
A strong sense of responsibility towards work
Supervisory Responsibility
