As a Senior UX Researcher , you’ll uncover deep insights about our customers and help create experiences they love. Your work will directly influence product direction, ensuring our web and mobile apps, as well as our internal tools, meet user needs in intuitive and meaningful ways.
In this role, you’ll use a mix of qualitative and quantitative research to drive strategy, guide product decisions, and improve the overall user experience. You'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure research findings turn into actionable improvements. What You’ll Do
- Lead research projects to uncover consumer needs, behaviors, and challenges.
- Use both qualitative and quantitative methods , such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and behavioral analytics.
- Turn data into compelling stories that inspire product improvements.
- Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research into decision-making.
- Develop scalable research practices , making insights accessible across teams.
- Advocate for our customers , ensuring their voices shape product strategy.
- Mentor and support team members in best research practices .
