About the Position :
The Job Coach is responsible for helping individuals with developmental disabilities develop the skills they need to attain employment in the competitive work force. Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement a job coaching strategy.
- Assist adults with developmental disabilities in learning and excelling in their job functions.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the individual.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Adhere to all HASC Center policies as outlined in the Policy and Procedure manual.
