As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for the loading, receiving, and organizing of goods to ensure the smooth flow of inventory. Your leadership and forklift skills will be essential in maintaining a well-organized and productive warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and Unload: Safely operate a forklift to load and unload goods from trucks, shelves, or other storage areas.

Receive Inventory: Verify and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Organize and Maintain: Organize products in designated storage areas, maintain inventory accuracy, and perform regular inventory counts.

Lead and Supervise: Provide guidance and direction to warehouse staff, ensuring they follow safety protocols and work efficiently.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards for product quality, report any issues or discrepancies, and collaborate with management to address them.

Safety: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and any incidents or accidents.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.

Forklift Experience

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.

Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.

Flexibility to work Monday to Friday on 8-hour shifts.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
