What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Customer Service Representative position at Haselwood Auto Group?
What You’ll Do:
- Answer client calls with a smile and assist with their insurance needs
- Process policy changes, assist with claims, and take payments
- Provide insurance quotes and conduct policy reviews
- Ask each customer for referrals (because great service is worth sharing!)
- Work closely with our team to create a positive and productive office
What We’re Looking For:
This position requires:
- Two (2) years of clerical experience.
- Intermediate computer skills, MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attain Washington State Property & Casualty License within 60 days of employment.
- A positive, motivated, and determined go-getter
- An upbeat personality who loves solving problems
- Someone who can think independently and stay organized
- Possess strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or call centers is a plus – but we’re happy to train the right person.
