Internet Sales team members work at the heart of the company and are responsible for 50% of the overall auto group's sales. The automotive sales industry is going through massive changes with an ever-increasing percentage of customers preferring to begin the shopping / buying process online rather than traditional methods. Successful team members are adept communicators who are engaging, knowledgeable, articulate and driven.Sales representatives manage internet leads, online chat, incoming and outbound calls, they follow-up with customers and interface and coordinate with dealerships.
