Position: Records Clerk
TYPE: Full Time
SALARY: Starting salary is $18.00 per hour depending on experience. Haskell County offers full paid family medical insurance BCBS, KPERS retirement, vacation and sick leave.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates must be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience in records, general administrative support or clerical work or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, creating press releases and other various documents is required. Successful candidates will be responsible for offender registration and must be willing to be cross trained in dispatch. In addition, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and must be able to pass a full background investigation as well as drug screening and a general health screening. Candidates will need to be self-motivated and willing to work in a rural law enforcement environment.
