Job Description :

  • Work in an outpatient setting
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients across various age ranges
  • A significant portion of the demographic is in the 60 age range with additional middle school / high school pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with a healthcare team to create customized treatment plans
  • Utilize therapeutic exercises, techniques, and modalities to improve patient mobility and function
  • Ensure high quality of care and patient satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and records in compliance with regulations
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of individual patients and adjust treatment plans accordingly
