Location: 336 Oak Street, Brentwood, CA 94513
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports daily operations, ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming store while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Greet customers and provide a friendly shopping experience
✅ Assist with purchases, promotions, and loyalty programs
✅ Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure accurate pricing
✅ Prepare and monitor food & beverage items for freshness
✅ Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
✅ Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms and outdoor areas
✅ Follow safety, compliance, and age-restricted sales policies ️
✅ Support shift duties and perform other tasks as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills ️
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Basic POS system experience preferred
Flexible availability (weekends/holidays ideal)
Comfortable with physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs) ️
