Hasselberg Grebe Snodgrass Urban & Wentworth is excited to announce an opening for an experienced full-time receptionist at our downtown Peoria, Illinois office. We are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients as the first point of contact. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Windows 10 and 11, alongside strong computer skills that enable efficient handling of diverse administrative tasks. Multitasking will be a critical component of the role, as you will juggle phone calls, visitor inquiries, and various office responsibilities while maintaining a positive professional image.
