Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer passionate about leveraging AI and innovative technologies to transform home management. In this role, you will develop and maintain dynamic web applications, integrate Airtable solutions, and collaborate on AI-driven enhancements that simplify and enrich our members’ and team member’s experience. You’ll also work within a tight knit team committed to your growth. This role reports to our Lead AI Engineer and Head of Digital Product, and is based in Rockville, MD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help bring our AI vision into execution across all key functional areas of the company.
- Build, launch and deploy key features that enhance member & team experience everyday
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications, including front-end and back-end components.
- Integrate and enhance Airtable-based systems, workflows, and APIs to support operational excellence.
- Automate processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload so we can scale profitably
- Collaborate on the implementation and deployment of AI-driven features to optimize user experience and streamline internal processes.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, tackling challenges head-on and developing innovative solutions that drive impactful business outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Javascript, 2 years of Python, 1 year of HTML/CSS front end experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
- Experience with Airtable preferred
