Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital design principles and have a passion for creating visually compelling graphics. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop innovative designs that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create concepts, layout, and manipulate a variety of graphics for print and digital marketing materials, including, but not limited to logos, corporate newsletters, business cards, PowerPoint and Word templates, proposals, ads, mailers, direct mail, banners, brochures, infographics, letterhead, envelopes, business cards, ID badges, flyers, posters, tradeshow graphics, product manuals, etc.
  • Vehicle Graphics and Indoor/Outdoor Signs: Design, maintain and coordinate company signage including vehicle graphics, building signage, TEC and window/door signage. Work with print vendors and installers to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Digital and Print Management: Manage digital asset libraries such as photography, fonts, corporate projects and information, and vector graphics. Maintain inventory and revision history of printed items such as flyers, envelopes, letterhead, brochures, etc.
  • Tradeshow and Corporate Event Support: Support the planning and execution of tradeshows and corporate events through the design of booth layouts and all event collateral and pre- and post-event promotion.
  • Video and Photography: Responsible for the editing and management of photography and videos used for marketing and internal training such as media for employee photos, events, and project worksites.
  • Assist in development and produce content for marketing content calendars on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Create Email marketing templates using HTML and analyze what works in order to make recommendations on future campaigns.
  • Assist with website maintenance and build-out of new content using CMS tools. Be familiar with website tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Post new social media updates and engage with our followers by responding to questions, replying to @ mentions, and liking comments.
  • Support Sales and Marketing efforts with a variety of general marketing duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications / Experience

  • 2 years of professional design and marketing experience, B2B preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong sense of branding, typography, composition and color, a sharp eye for detail
  • Exceptional skills in all major design software applications — Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Acrobat, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Photo image manipulation and retouching skills
  • Ability to edit videos and publish them - demonstrate ability and understanding of different file formats
  • Working knowledge of HTML for Email marketing
