BASIC FUNCTION :
Through the utilization of the College of Pharmacy’s social media and website, the Communications and Marketing Specialist will support all departments at the College of Pharmacy, including, but not limited to, the Office of the Dean, the Office of Student Affairs, the Doctor of Pharmacy programs (Traditional and Non-Traditional), Graduate Programs, and the Center of Excellence. Utilizing social media, digital, and print media, the Communications and Marketing Specialist will help grow brand awareness and market share, making Howard University College of Pharmacy a nationally and internationally known brand in pharmacy education.

The Communications and Marketing Specialist will lead, develop, execute, and evaluate strategic marketing and communications for Howard University College of Pharmacy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Business or related field preferred. Two years previous experience required.

Expected Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000
