Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan: Influence students to visit, apply, complete applications, file financial aid, deposit, and enroll at Hastings College.
- Build partnerships and network: Strengthen recruitment channels by building relationships with high schools, attending college fairs, and seeking referrals from counselors, administrators, teachers, coaches, and alumni.
- Advise prospective students and families: Guide them through the admission process, ensure timely communication, and provide a welcoming atmosphere during campus visits.
- Support marketing and recruitment efforts: Assist in developing marketing materials, designing presentations, and maintaining expertise in financial aid.
- Track enrollment goals and collaborate with campus entities: Evaluate applications, report progress, plan special events, and participate in professional development activities to meet enrollment goals.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Previous experiences in sales or marketing, or first year experience preferred. Experience public speaking and providing customer service is required.
