This role involves creating and implementing accommodation plans in compliance with ADA and Section 504, collaborating with students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and implement accommodation plans for students with disabilities.
- Stay current on state and federal regulations by maintaining AHEAD membership.
- Provide individualized support to students, helping them communicate their needs and advocate for themselves.
- Serve on institutional committees related to ADA compliance and student success.
- Oversee the Studio 200 Testing Center and mentor graduate assistants and staff.
- Hire and supervise note-takers and student workers.
- Utilize technology to enhance accessibility and student learning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in accessibility services, student support, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ADA, Section 504, and best practices in disability accommodations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for empowering students and fostering an inclusive campus environment.

Education & Experience:
- The successful candidate will have in education, disability studies, special education, psychology, educational psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred -OR- an appropriate combination of education and three years experience.
- Experience creating, documenting, tracking & helping implement appropriate accommodation plans for students with disabilities in compliance with ADA and 504 is preferred.
