Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking marine construction laborer to join our crew. The ideal candidate will work with a crew building and repairing pier & docks, bulkheads, and decks, as well as installing boat lifts, rip-rap, and living shorelines. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work together with a diverse crew.
Duties
- Perform general marine construction tasks including driving piling, hanging framing, general carpentry tasks.
- Assist in the operation of boats and barges, wenches, and lifting booms.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized job sites.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all crew members on-site.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and equipment as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in marine construction is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Ideal candidate will have Boater's Safety Certification.
- Ability to follow instructions from project managers and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Year round work
Experience:
- marine construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Boater Safety Certificate (Preferred)
