Hasura is looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive meaningful innovation within Financial Services organizations. In this role, you will be identifying and growing opportunities within large, complex enterprises—with a primary focus on financial services and Insurance institutions—leveraging a deep understanding of the industry to deliver transformative solutions. In addition to closing new deals, you’ll expand existing accounts, ensuring continued success for both customers and Hasura.
The ideal candidate is one that thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, balancing both short sales cycles and long-term relationship building. As this role is both strategic and consultative, we’re looking for candidates with a passion for and proven record of shaping customer vision, influencing change, and accelerating decision-making processes. What The Role Will Involve
- Engage with CIOs, IT executives, line-of-business leaders, and other strategic decision-makers within the Financial Services sector.
- Manage and close both new business and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Seamlessly handle quick wins while nurturing longer, more complex sales cycles.
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline development, and revenue goals.
- Accurately track customer data, including use cases, buying cycles, and next steps, in Salesforce.
- Employ a solution-selling methodology to create tangible value for customers.
- Advocate for Hasura’s Data Delivery Network.
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive account management.
- Prioritize opportunities effectively, deploying the appropriate internal resources to win.
- Collaborate internally to build success plans, aligning with your customers’ goals and Hasura’s strategic objectives.
- Proven experience in field sales at an early-stage or hyper-growth company, with the ability to adapt to change and achieve success in new environments.
- Strong track record of selling Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.
- Extensive relationships with financial services decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs and Enterprise Architects.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex cloud and data technologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 8 years of experience consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Deep familiarity with financial services institutions, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with New York-based or global financial firms.
- Demonstrated success in both acquiring new accounts and growing existing customer relationships.
- A high level of customer centricity and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of APIs, REST/GraphQL etc
- Familiarity with open-source, App and API development terminology
- Passionate about the impact of cloud technologies on business transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
