Computer Operator II
Hatalom has an opening for Computer Operator II position, the Computer Operator II will perform pre and post training tasks necessary to conduct and monitor EST II weapons training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Instruct and train operation tasks for the EST II to Soldiers and Government employees on Basic Rifle Marksmanship IAW DA PAM 350-38 and certified or approved ESTII Program of Instruction (POI).
- Prepare, evaluate, and deliver assigned instruction IAW The U.S. Army Learning Concept for Training and Education to include differentiated instruction, available operational instructional materials, training aids, and systems.
- Assess and provide training certification and recertification for new instructors and Instructor/System Operators
- Evaluate performances of users requiring remedial training and provide special assistance when necessary.
- Certify and train the trainer to satisfactorily perform or conduct the training of other military personnel utilizing the EST II and facilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to obtain a government issued CAC
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Prior military experience
- Knowledgeable and capable of operating the following weapon simulators: M16, M4, M9, M320, M249, MK19, M1200 and AT4 (BP1) (JW2)
- Experience as staff/instructor
- Knowledge in TS-MATS, TADSS and MS Office
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
- Working knowledge/understanding of military protocol/chain of command
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships, professional demeanor, and attitude; ability to work cooperatively with military and civilian workforce
- Background in or working of Infantry or Armor Background in or working knowledge of Military Operations, Training Development, Doctrine Development or Combat Development
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Varies depending on site. Outside in all types of weather, heat, humidity, cold, rain, snow, dust. Inside including heat, cold, humidity, office, device modules, loud noises, mechanical devices.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None at the current time.
LOCATION: Ft. Jackson, SC - relocation assistance is not available for this position.
STATUS OF POSITION: Full-time EST Employee
