Constructive Trainers II (IC's)
Hatalom is seeking an experienced Constructive Trainers II (Instructor/Controller) to join our dynamic training team. This role is critical in operating, integrating, and providing expert instruction using live, virtual, constructive, and gaming simulation models. The ideal candidate will support exercises and training in various environments, including classrooms, work cells, and other designated locations. This position requires a deep technical expertise in simulation systems and a strong ability to lead and guide less experienced instructors.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, integrate, and provide classroom and over-the-shoulder instruction using fielded live, virtual, constructive, and gaming simulation models.
- Maintain and update training support packages that include training products, materials, and other relevant information for Live/Virtual/Constructive-Gaming (LVCG) environments.
- Responsible for the setup, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of simulation systems and components.
- Work closely with the training audience and Exercise Planning Team to compose, build, and install simulation databases.
- Serve as a technical expert on the employment of simulation and gaming systems, especially those that enhance command and control systems.
- Support the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of systems to facilitate exercise training and control functions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and the overall effectiveness of training programs.
- Regularly update course documentation to ensure its relevance and timeliness.
- Provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in special projects as required, providing expertise and support to enhance training outcomes.
Requirements:
- BA/BS, subject immaterial. 5 years of related experience
- IAT I or DCWF equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of military simulation models, preferably in JLCCTC-MRF/ WARSIM functional operations
- Current Passport, travel required
Security Clearance Level: SECRET
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs
- Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
STATUS OF POSITION: Full-time - Salary exempt
