Summary:
Hatalom Corporation is seeking an experienced Lead System Analyst who will be working closely with the Prime contractors Operations Officer or Site Lead, providing analysis and content for After Action Review (AAR) support throughout military exercises. This role involves working with training simulations, contributing to the development of the AAR, and ensuring the exercise is running smoothly, with an emphasis on collecting and analyzing key data points.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Exercise Control (ExCon) workstations and the MCTIS System Analyst team during exercises.
- Assist in the preparation of the ROSTER/Order of Battle and take a lead role in developing AARs and Take-Home packages during MCCRE or SLTE events.
- Operate and supervise the use of the WinEXCON system to support AAR processes and Area Weapon Effect Simulation (AWES).
- Coordinate and communicate with System Training Advisors, Observer/Controllers, and unit commanders during the exercise.
- Monitor exercise progress, ensuring key data points are captured for AAR and DAR.
- Supervise and ensure quality control of AAR products, guiding the team of MCTIS System Analysts.
- Provide input and training to Marines before the exercise and potentially provide a briefing on the capabilities of MCTIS equipment.
- Manage logistics tasks like communication systems setup/maintenance, resupply, and coordination for cross-training or performance assessments of the team.
- Surge to other locations to support exercises when needed, whether for NonHomesite Installation Training or other events like MWX or SLTE at USMC installations.
Required Experience & Skills: Former USMC Officer (Captain or above) or former USMC SNCO (SSgt or above).
- Extensive knowledge of USMC Combined Arms tactics, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.
• Expertise in Maneuver, Intelligence, Fires, Logistics, Information Environment, or Aviation. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and endure long periods of standing/walking.
- Work in extreme weather conditions (over 100°F or below 30°F) and in field environments for up to 12 hours.
- Potential for work during both day and night. Citizenship and Security Requirements:
