Summary: 

Hatalom Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution and oversight of programs within the Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Framework, ensuring effective management of cost, schedule, and performance. You will develop and implement comprehensive program plans that include work breakdown structures, integrated master schedules, resource allocation, baseline budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. This position requires leadership of cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage programs within the DoD Acquisition Framework, ensuring alignment with customer goals and project milestones. 

• Develop, monitor, and adjust program plans, including work breakdown structures, master schedules, manpower plans, and budget forecasts. 

• Implement and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, to track program health and success. 

• Oversee risk and opportunity management, proactively identifying issues and providing solutions. 

• Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. 

• Maintain exceptional relationships with clients, managing expectations and resolving issues promptly. 

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements. 

• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in managing programs within the Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Framework. 

• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage remote teams effectively. 

• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders, including senior management and clients. 

• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required by government regulations. 

• Problem-Solving: Experience in addressing complex, multi-disciplinary challenges and delivering innovative solutions. 

• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with government standards. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• PMP certification is highly desirable. 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field is required. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

• Direct management of program teams, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure project success.
