What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Associate position at Hatch Chiropractic & Wellness?
Hatch Chiropractic is looking for a skilled, energetic, passionate, Colorado Board certified chiropractor to join our dynamic team.
Requirements :
Current Doctor of Chiropractic degree
Colorado State License and valid / current malpractice insurance.
Initial interview by phone. Working interview required.
Willing to relocate or commute to Parker, CO
Preferred Experience :
Experience with soft tissue injuries (ART, dry needling, cupping, taping)
An understanding of sports medicine and corrective exercise.
Caring Associate Chiropractor to assist patients with injuries and impairments of the neuromusculoskeletal system, including the muscles, nerves, and bones.
Be able to create treatment plans that may include chiropractic, acupuncture, medical massage, physical therapy, both soft palliative care and progressive treatment.
Able to read and interpret X-rays, communicate findings from radiologist reports for X-rays, CAT Scans and MRIs.
Familiarity with ChiroTouch or willingness to learn the software to chart notes and track patients.
Tracking patient information, keeping detailed records of conditions and care.
Attend conferences and workshops to continue your education, increase your certifications and keep your Colorado license current.
Be familiar with calling additional therapies to assist the patients recover, using a chiropractic assistant for laser, ultrasound, hi volt, cupping, Graston, shockwave, decompression, taping, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, use of hot & cold therapy.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of neuro-musculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and treatments.
Understanding stretches, exercises, therapies, and dietary changes that may help patients manage their overall health.
Ability to analyze patient conditions-based observations and medical tests
A commitment to providing the best possible care.
Part Time to Full Time :
Availability for 26 to 33 hours per week (8 am to noon, 2 hour lunch, 2pm to 5pm)
Salary :
60,000 to $120,000 per year based on experience and skill set
