- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) methodologies.
- Work closely with preconstruction, project managers, and superintendents to plan key activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular schedule update meetings to track progress and incorporate new information.
- Create cost and resource-loaded schedules to monitor project timelines and dependencies.
- Align material deliveries with installation timeframes in coordination with project teams.
- Oversee pull planning sessions to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Analyze schedule impacts from design changes and delays, providing updates to leadership.
- Generate reports and statistical updates to inform project stakeholders.
- Visit project sites as needed to assess progress and attend key meetings.
