Job Description :
- Draft and review Estate Planning documents to ensure clients' assets are protected and efficiently transferred.
- Prepare and analyze entity formation documents for LLCs, Corporations (both for- and non-profit), LPs, etc.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts that meet clients' legal and business needs.
- Serve as general counsel to business owners , providing strategic advice and legal guidance on various matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence and offer strategic counsel to clients to navigate complex transactions and planning.
