An auto defense litigation attorney represents policyholders in lawsuits involving car accidents. They may also represent insurance companies in defending their clients.

  • 2 days on site, 3 days WFH

With offices in Philadelphia, Allegheny County, Montgomery County, Lancaster County, Chester County, Pennsylvania, Marlton, New Jersey, and New York City, our client serves a diverse range of clients including insurance carriers and self-insured entities.

Job Description :

  • Seeking an attorney with 5 years of automobile defense litigation experience
  • Opportunity to join our Livingston, NJ office.

    • Qualifications

    Qualifications :

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in NJ.
  • Experience handling automobile cases from inception through trial. Preferably, the candidate should have participated in at least 10 jury trials.
  • 5 years of experience in automobile defense litigation
  • Ability to meet a billable requirement of 165 hours per month on average.
