Quality Manager
Summary :
The Quality Manager manages plant quality systems, ensures timely response to customer feedback and complaints, and identifies / aligns synergies for quality control. serves as the main liaison between all customers and the paper manufacturing facility production team to address customer concerns.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for product quality for the Waco, TX paper manufacturing facility.
- Research and respond to customer claims in a timely manner to prevent aged claims.
- Participate in customer visits as needed.
- Create and manage trial planning within the facility and maintain records within the trial log.
- Regularly review and maintain the FDA approved chemical list and update the document control system.
- Attend and participate in department meetings.
- Manage job assignments and training plans.
- Participate in lab activities and reporting.
- Have frequent interaction with the Company Sales and Corporate Customer Technical Services.
- Manage Technical Lab activities.
