We’re seeking a high-impact VP of Federal Sales to lead our go-to-market efforts across the U.S. government. This role offers the rare opportunity to build and scale a world-class federal sales organization at a cutting-edge technology company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll define and execute our government sales strategy, drive capture and proposal efforts, and lead revenue growth across defense, intelligence, and federal markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead federal sales strategy and execution
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team
Drive capture, BD, and proposal activities across federal markets
Leverage deep knowledge of federal contracting, OTAs, and PPBE
Engage with top-tier stakeholders across DoD, IC, and partners
Requirements:
10 years of federal sales leadership
TS/SCI clearance
Proven track record winning large federal contracts
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong federal network and capture experience
Preferred:
Experience with DIU, AFWERX, DARPA, or dual-use technology. Background in space systems, laser comms, or software-defined networks a plus.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal sales, business development, or government contracting within software, aerospace, or satellite communications. Active TS/SCI clearance required. Proven success selling software solutions to federal agencies with strong knowledge of DoD, intelligence, and acquisition processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
