What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Hatch Homes?
Marketing Coordinator
Join Hatch – The Future of Home Remodeling
Location: Denver, NC (Hybrid potential after onboarding)
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Creative Meets Strategic: Website, SEO, and Marketing Collateral
Who We Are
At Hatch, we’re not just another exterior remodeling company—we’re flipping the industry on its head. Specializing in siding replacement, we’ve built a reputation for exceptional service, innovative technology, and stress-free customer experiences. With a 4.9-star average rating and raving homeowners across the Carolinas, we’re a high-performance team with a clear mission: to make home remodeling smarter, simpler, and more transparent.
We use 3D modeling, digital screen-share consultations, and a custom Home Visualizer tool to help homeowners design the home of their dreams—without the pressure or inconvenience of traditional in-home sales.
Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us tell that story. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, know your way around a WordPress dashboard, and get excited about creating sleek presentations and impactful collateral—this role was built for you.
About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for everything that brings the Hatch brand to life—online and offline. You’ll manage our WordPress website, build out SEO strategies to help us rank, and create eye-catching sales and marketing materials that support both our marketing and sales teams.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts technical and creative—someone who loves digging into meta descriptions and keyword research just as much as designing a killer slide deck.
What You’ll Do
- Website Management: Own our WordPress website—making updates, optimizing performance, managing plug-ins, and ensuring the site reflects our brand and capabilities.
- SEO Strategy: Drive organic traffic with smart SEO tactics including keyword optimization, on-page SEO, content hierarchy, and local SEO strategies.
- Marketing Collateral: Design beautiful, brand-consistent sales presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and digital assets for internal and external use.
- Conversion-Focused Thinking: Create clear, engaging landing pages and site updates that help drive leads and appointments.
- Support Sales & Branding: Build PowerPoint and Keynote presentations that wow during consultations and training sessions.
- Content Management: Assist with blog updates, testimonials, portfolio/project pages, and other digital content.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, operations, and leadership to bring marketing ideas to life and support business goals.
Who You Are
- A WordPress Pro: You’ve managed websites, know how to work with plug-ins, and can confidently make front-end and light back-end updates.
- SEO-Savvy: You understand the fundamentals of search engine optimization and have hands-on experience improving website visibility and ranking.
- Design-Minded: You have a good eye for layout and know how to make things look sharp and professional in tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Suite.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive on process, deadlines, and follow-through.
- Marketing-Fluent: You can speak the language of brand, user experience, and conversion—and you love seeing your work drive results.
- A Team Player: You love collaborating with others to bring ideas to life, and you’re always open to feedback and iteration.
What You Need
- 2 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or web management.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress is a must.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices (Google Search Console, keyword research tools, etc.).
- Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance tracking is a bonus.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
Why Hatch?
- We’re Different: No old-school contractors here. We’re a forward-thinking, technology-driven company redefining the remodeling space.
- Creative Freedom: Your ideas matter. You’ll have the chance to build, test, and scale what works.
- Tangible Impact: You’ll work on real projects that directly support sales and elevate our brand.
- Tight-Knit Team: We’re a small, collaborative group that takes pride in what we do.
- Room to Grow: As Hatch grows, so will your role and opportunities.
