Hatch is seeking Co-op Students who have completed their freshmen or sophomore year in electrical engineering to enter a unique Rail Systems internship program. This program is designed as a pre-employment screening program in which you will both take advantage of an extensive rail systems training program and be given work experience across the diverse fields of rail systems and assurance. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates can expect to receive offers of employment at Hatch.
This would be a 12-month co-op program over the course of three mutually agreed upon semesters. Ideally, candidates would complete their first co-op with Hatch during the Fall 2025 semester – however, those who are qualified but are only available for Summer 2025 still encouraged to apply.
