Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Record Management: Perform data entry and attachment of files to electronic records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Scanning & Indexing: Scan documents and index them into electronic records for easy retrieval.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues related to data or records.
- Document Management: Print certificates from electronic records as needed, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and in line with project goals.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify issues with data records and take necessary actions to resolve them independently.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to professionally interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail when handling and entering data to ensure accuracy in all records.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Onsite Requirement: This is a 100% onsite position for the first 6 months, with flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week after the 6-month mark.
