Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to ensure processes run smoothly, addressing any operational issues that may arise.
- Process Metrics & Goals: Establish and monitor key performance metrics, setting goals to improve overall system performance.
- Process Design: Develop, document, and issue process designs aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing process modifications as necessary.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards and ensure processes comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Process Control: Familiarity with process control methods, tools, and metrics.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with experience using data to drive process improvements.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
